Idyllic stay in beautiful serene countryside:

The house was all we had hoped - spacious, simple but very comfortable.  Kitchen was great and well-equipped.  Highlights were the amazing outside spaces (terraces, patios and balconies) and the stunning huge swimming pool.  We could not fault it - Julian July 2024

The Villa was very very clean and very well looked after.  The swimming pool was fantastic for the children as well as a wonderful panarama.  Communication and contact with the owners functioned very well.  We hope to come again.

This is a really great place to relax around the very large swimming pool.  Everything is very clean and the house is giving you everything you could think about and need.  Because of the heat we didn't discover the environment.  We certainly recommend this Villa. - August 2024

An Outstanding Villa with outstanding swimming pool and garden

We experienced a very good communication with the owners from the beginning of the booking until the arrival in the Villa.  Check in information was very valuable.  The owners were always available for any questions or problems.  The Villa is an absolute dream.  It is very nice and beautiful garden with a daily maintence by Pietro and in additional a very large and clean swimming pool with many sunbeds and umbrellas.  The pool house with bbq was available in addition to many comfortable seating areas on the terrace.  The Villa itself is very well equipped and everything is available.  All together this is a very nice holiday and we have enjoyed our stay in the Villa very much and would recommend the Villa without hesitation.  - July 2024

Top Holiday House

Villa Balducci was for us vey workable with 6 adults and 2 children.  This is a fantastic place high in the mountains overlooking Citta di Castello.  It took just three minutes to reach the centre of this small town which provides everything you need.  This Villa offers a fantastic large swimming pool and many places to relax around the pool.  Under the very large pergola is a table for 10 people to enjoy dinner.  The rooms are simply furnished but have everything.  Every Saturday the cleaners arrives to clean everything and change the linen and towels.  Altogether we had a fantastic stay and we will return very happily.  June 2024

Dream Destination in Umbria

We have sent two fantastic weeks in a dream environment which we have enjoyed very much.  The Villa has a fantastic panarama.  The swimming pool is wonderful and large and space for everyone to relax.  The communication with the owners was always available.  We will return.

A perfect stay in a wonderful villa.

We spent one week with family and friends in this wonderful villa near Citta di Castello.  The house is perfectly equipped with beautiful decoration.  Nice rooms and a fantastic pool.  We enjoyed our stay in this calm neighbourhood vey much and can highly recommend the Villa.  Citta di Castello is not far away which is a lovely little town with nice restaurants and cafes.  Our host Sheila and her family were very friendly and contacted us several times in advance to give us the most important information.
