Villa Balducci sleeps 9 people comfortably

The house consists of:

• A large sitting room with open fire and television/games area.

• Dining room with wood burner with table for 10 persons.

• Fully equipped kitchen.

• Lots of outside patios, seating areas and beautiful gardens.

• 16 metre pool with integrated baby pool.

 

• 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.

• 1 twin room with an en-suite bathroom with two single beds.   It's

• possible to add an additional single bed if required.

• 1 single room with adjacent bathroom (not en-suite).

• Pool house with two single beds, which could be made up as a double bed. 

• A kitchenette, shower and toilet.

• (The pool house is only available from May until September).

• Two travel cots available.

• A large shaded patio area with a table for ten, which leads off from the kitchen.

• A second patio area with sofas and chairs leading off from the dining room.

• A patio with table and chairs overlooking the pool.
