Villa Balducci (holidayvillainitaly) an Umbrian Villa with private pool has been designed to offer every comfort for a fabulous summer holiday for families.  Click on arrow to the right to scroll through the pictures.  It sleeps 9 adults comfortably.  Cots are available.  One room has two single beds.  We are able to add an additional single bed to this room.  We also have futons for children if required.
